It's not childish, it's a freaking business decision. KeSPA was looking for an open conflict and they got it. There is so much that could stem from this. A lot of foreign teams have shared interest with ESF. These teams could force majors tournaments to prevent KeSPA players from playing in it. And if MLG sides with the foreign scene like I think they will, then SC2 on OGN will have huge difficulties.

what, did I say anything wrong? its not a situation that can't be fixed and if this situation stands the OSL(this season) is destroyed, and the integrity of the GSL is also hurt.

If they intend to intervene, I hope they do so before this spirals out of control. Has blizzard issued a bigger response other than the initial concern?

You could use any random accounts and blizzard would have no idea who is playing some random games. All of SC2 runs over Blizzards servers. Of course they can figure out which accounts are being used for a televised tournament. Using things like random accounts makes it a bit more tricky, but it's still not more than an hour of work with good database tools.

This is just messed up, it honestly shouldnt matter even if it would be round of 4 with all-gsl-players now withdrawing. Seriously. It's about kespa doing the same shit over and over and esf trying to preserve their players freedom by showing kespa how enough is enough. It amazes me how much the "free" players are in support of gomtv and I think it should be, at least, be taken into consideration how much positive feedback esf did get from korean netizens (according to posts earlier in this thread). I believe some people in here only judge the one who (imo) points at the problem (ESF) and not the one who really is the source of the problem (kespa). Please consider this when you make up an opinion regarding this mess.

What we know is that both GOM, the ESF, and Blizzard all were suprised by Kespa deciding to not let their players play in the GSL. Is it so far fetched to assume that this was supposed to be a "first time" tryout where OSL had non kespa players and the GSL had kespa players? It seems likely to me but as with every story like this we don't get all the information.
