Hopefully they see that the community of both Foreign and Korean are on ESF's side and back ESF/GOM. Their statement probably will be this:
Kespa idiots, you broke the promise you did earlier in our joint meeting, and since you now are trying to use dictatorship once again to control people we will now forbid you to use SC2, further we revoke your broadcasting rights. Have a nice day"
Then every match that is suppose to be aired witch has Kespa players in it goes black.

I don't have a source but this has been discussed many times, the #1 reason for no LAN in Starcraft 2 is so Blizzard can stop any event from running that they don't approve of by blacklisting them on battle.net.
complete crap. no offence but that is just wrong on so many levels. You could use any random accounts and blizzard would have no idea who is playing some random games.
I don't think we have to worry i think this is all just cloak and dagger stuff. Either one of them will fold, personally i can actually see why Kespa would want more time for their players, but i dont see why they would not allow their players, but i think the ESF's decision is a bluff...we will soon find out i guess

It's not complete crap at all...You don't need to know what accounts they are using to deny a venue of being able to connect, this happens all the time accidentally for tournaments that get automatically blacklisted because they didn't submit the information to blizzard in time or there was some problems.

regardless of what kespa did, this is worse. Kespa didn't hold up their part of the "agreement" and block their players from playing in the GSL. They sure don't mind that federation players join OSL though. Why? Because they make money off it while fucking over GOM. This was an inevitable result of the decision Kespa made. Source on this "agreement", what are the details of it? Was there a contract? KeSPA made a dick move but there was no wrong-doing. Gutting the OSL of half it's competitors is not the same. You are left with a ghost of point.
Obviously there was some kind of agreement as both blizzard and the federation players were very suprised to hear that Kespa declined to play in the GSL.
I for one don't really care if it hurts OSL if it will open the korean scene up a bit and give players more freedom to do what they want. Pulling out their players while still believing the federation players would just happily join OSL was a stupid mistake.

cute. before somebody gets hurt? hahaha

Not surprised at all by this. I actually expected it to happen. ESF was formed to protect the current sc2 scene in Korea from Kespa. Its good to see ESF stand up to Kespa. The "scheduling conflicts" Kespa sites is such bull shit because GOM players were going to deal with them. So can the Kespa guys.
Its a shame because the people getting hurt here are the players. Both ESF and Kespa players are out a HUGE tournament if this isn't resolved this weekend. OSL is supposed to start in a matter of days. They don't have time to sit on their hands. Hopefully Blizzard gets this taken care of correctly and Kespa will play in GSL and ESF will play in OSL. Would be terrible if they didn't. We've been waiting for this to happen for over two years now. Don't fuck it up.

i call bullshit if gom is not involved in influencing the decision. esf gains nothing from pulling out their players but gom does.

Good for them, seriously.
Hopefully this shows Kespa that the rest of the Korean scene isn't to be fucked around.
I'm interested to see what OGN do now though, being down 8 players.

Blizzard has complete control over SC2 which is something they didn't have in BW. Blizzard can Blacklist the IP that they are broadcasting from. They can ban the commentators. They can disconnect the players mid game. If KeSPA uses a hacked version then they can and will be sued.
You were the last post in this thread, so I chose you sorry.
The complete ignorance and rush in this thread is ridiculous. Blizzard does have complete control, but Blizzard is not a dumb company. Kespa has run things and created the esport side of RTS with BW. Blizzard had nothing to do with it. And with that KESPA secured so many sponsors and even a television company. Blizzard does not have control if they want to remain in a market that is so heavily influenced by KESPA they have to fall in line.
Two despite the fact that I don't think KESPA would do this to both of your points. Blizzard can blacklist IP's. KESPA could create a LAN mode, or even more easily use the Korean government to keep their IP secret. They can't ban commentators lol? Commentators are people and they can choose to do as they please. They could disconnect players from the game, but what happens if they don't know the account? If KESPA were to be sued KESPA would probably win again. And they didn't really win, but Blizzard had no shot.
Now, I don't think any of that will happen, but seriously stop posting out of your ass guys.
Read FXO Boss' blog because it is most likely how this will wind up. Power is power and money is money, sorry guys.

At least, Kespa never agreed anything before the announcement.
Are you sure? From the interviews, the Kespa players all felt they were going to be playing in the qualifiers.
What does players know? They don't even know if they get transfered.

kespa had a good run, i think its time for them to dissolve.
