OGN gets fucked over, the OSL gets fucked over, the players get fucked over, the sponsor gets fucked over and most importantly we the spectators get fucked over.

regardless of what kespa did, this is worse.

Again, this has nothing to do with GOM. This was the ESF's decision. v_v

They are good enough to not get owned by random code B's. If the qualifiers were held, due to their big numbers I suspect around half would be Kespa players getting through.

Why...based on what? I've never seen proof that Kespa players are code A level.

You havent been watching WCS Korea obviously

one of the worst news ever...
how ridiculous can a professional organization be...
it feels like "you don't like my brother/cousin? so i don't like yours either!" -.-
now i'm curious to see what kespa will do to conceal that the first sc2 osl has missing an entire round (of 16) and 8 star players.

either kespa is incredibly stupid or brilliant- as they might have a reason to risk this... or they just underestimated the loyalty between esf and gom...

I feel like Kespa never even tried to give me, a viewer who doesn't understand Korean, a good experience. I support this ESF decision and will continue giving money to events they attend.

Really solid move by ESF. It's important to note that its the teams and players who has made the decision, not the parenting organization.

Shouldn't Flash make the decision for himself whether he wants to compete in a tournament or not.

NO because he is on a team with a salary, why do people talk about players like this. He is an employee!

Completely irrelevant.

First, this won't happen.

Second, we don't ask for KeSPA players to be forced to play in the GSL. We just want that they have the right to do so if they want.

Btw, RorO beating Leenock, SKT_Rain going toe to toe with Creator, does that mean they'll be owned by a random Code B player ? Personally, I don't think so...

Risky gamble from ESF. If it works, KeSPA backs down and lets the players compete in GSL, but if it fails it has the potential to damage the Korean SC2 scene possibly beyond repair. Hope they know what they're doing.

LOL way to lose your moral high ground by exiting a league you've already committed to as well as participated in.

Because KeSPA decision was tremendously moral.

Seriously.......

Did you even read what i wrote?

Yes, he is implying that you can pull unmoral stuff on a party which did the same before without losing the moral high ground.
That's at least his personal opinion.

Exactly. I think you can't judge the decision itself without comparing wich what caused it. I don't like it personnally, because if it means the end of this OSL, then it's extremely sad for both parties players and fans overall...

But then, when someone shoot you with a gun, are you gonna just reply by asking them gently to stop ? Some pull a gun and shoot back...

Thats complete bullshit. You cannot possibly equate deciding not the participate in a tourney to completely pulling out of a tourney that you've already committed to, the Ro16 no less. It's a false equivalence. Whatever moral highground they might have gained resulting from KeSPA's move is all but done the gutter.

Nope. They had to pull out as the agreement was that kespa players would participate in the GSL while some federation players played in the OSL. If they don't pull out Kespa/OSL fucks over GOM by getting great players yet give nothing in return, it's obvious that the federation players wouldn't allow that.

And so it begun...
or continue?
But for sure not end.

After so much player/personal drama in sc2 we get some company/business drama.

This is madness. I really don't see what they gain by doing this.
On the 6th day JF made Reavers and on the 7th day JF put his opponent to rest

Well, if this isn't resolved by then, maybe they will just have them play the Round of 8 lol
