It's definitely good to keep as many extra visual features disabled, so they don't interfere with your concentration on the game, but for some reason most pro's seem to keep this feature enabled. I would think informational menus popping up in front of the screen would be distracting, but are they really helpful? Or should they be disabled for optimal gameplay?

If you play better without, you should disable them. This may not affect your gameplay at all, however. As a bronze player I don't know what is up though, anyone better want to help out? Yeah I don't think this needs to much discussion about, just a matter of preference.

I just noticed that literally all progamers streaming have it enabled, and wondered if there was a specific reason for that, aside from just preference, as if it were a preference then it would be a 50/50 split. Personally I think they clutter up the screen, but if they are somehow helpful or advantageous then I would start using them, that's all.
