Yeah he did say that. He quite literally said that he felt now it was impossible to lose unless he just does a big fuck up. What else do you call that? He said that after queen buff, if he doesn't make a mistake he thinks he can beat any Terran. Meaning that BEFORE the queen buff, he could lose even if he doesn't make a mistake. That sounds like ZvT balancing out to me... any player should feel like they should always win if they don't make a mistake. That's not what he said, he said that now it doesn't matter how well the terran plays, only him will decide the outcome of the game, meaning he could lose before the buff if the opponent played better.

Foreigners and Koreans, that's the way it is.

DRG final boss. Such a beast. I hope he will keep playing this strong. We need some zergs in the Ro8 this GSL.

Can't wait for Heart of the Swarm to see what he can do with his absolutely monstrous multitasking and crazy APM.
He will win Code S this season.

no Im not new, and I think its obvious to call non koreans foreigners when its about GSL or whatever. But when its in US and they call american players foreigners it doesnt make sense.

What, so South Korea force everyone to join the army after a certain age or something? That seems a bit stupid - I don't want to see DRG leave because he's forced into the army. TT
On a different note, cracking interview, cracking player, and he really did play some brilliant Starcraft yesterday.

Many country has mandatory services, if you would have a country like north korea next to you, probably yours would have one too

Well, no matter where the tournament is played, this is the starcraft universe, and the hierarchy currently is Koreans and then everyone else. The term foreigners is used to sum this up in a timely way.

Non koreans sounds even sillier.

He has been winning tournaments or have super high placing 2nd since Blizzard Cup 2011. He has been consistently winning for 7 months.
He is still young(Korean Age:21). Still 9 more years before he goes to the army unless he decides to go early.

I like DRG. I don't think a lot of players put the same effort into learning more english, even with the little time he has for it.

DRG now feels like Mvp a year ago, just unstoppable.

Still surprised, I thought his moment in the sun was over. It seemed that no player could be consistently dominant in SC2, but then MVP came back to win GSL again, and now DRG won an MLG... I thought it would be MKP's tournament after DRG lost to Socke and MKP was 4-0.
It's a shame MVP wasn't there. I wonder how he would have fared in the open bracket.
Still, good signs from the foreigners. Socke played super well, it's a shame he didn't carry on into the championship bracket. Stephano was solid as always, and Sase's run was incredible. I now understand Day9's hype on the guy.
