First off that's twisting what he said to mean something completely different and that actually is not what he said whatsoever.
The thing that's really troubling for me about what he said is this bit:

What he's basically saying is that how well his opponent plays is not important. Let's examine an extremely hypothetical situation; even if in half of DRG's ZvT games, he makes a mistake that costs him the game, it doesn't matter whether his opponent Terran played well or not in the outcome of the game. Similarly, if he doesn't make a mistake, and neither does his Terran opponent, he still wins. Having the outcome of the entire game be decided by a single player makes for a terrible game and a terrible match-up, especially at the highest level of play. StarCraft should not be decided by one player's plays, but rather it should be a competition.
But yeah, basically he's saying that ZvT is broken.
