1. The community (as well as event organizers) are the judge in this case, since there is no major governing body.
2. Actually he was suspected of hacking, but kept denying it/martyring in the same way as he is behaving right now for 2 years. Eventually there was undeniable proof that he was a hacker (others caught using the same method include TT1).

Lucifrons entire army is within Spade's sensor tower. Spade's was safe to move to the northern tower, though leading with tanks is stupid on his part.

Camera lock
Lock your current camera position and save selected so you can freely look around the map so that your camera movement and selections are not recorded into replay. Use this when necassary to help avoid suspicious camera movement in your replays. If you happen to leave this feature on and try to command any units it will automatically turn off, this is a safety feature so that you don't leave it on by accident.
Watch player camera
Watch the camera movement of any player in real time, it also works like camera lock so everything is client-sided and not saved into the replay.

Nothing definitive can be determined. I know TL is getting some good ad impression value from the thread at Spades expense but really just close the thread already. Also, it's fine that Spades is dragged through the mud, but what about the OP creating a new account just to post this. If you have an idea of who it is then share it.

I don't get the whole resiege thing, if he saw those marines at the top he would probably have just moved his tanks to the side a little bit no need to resiege. Probably just wanted a little bit more position to hit everything coming down the ramp.
