Some suspicious things:
Camera stays still for almost 2 minutes after he moves his first overlord (not centered on his hatch)
At first I thought I had a build order loss with a 10 pool vs a 14 14 but when I went over the replay he 10 pooled as well and just didnt build lings. He would have lost to any other build if he blindly 10 pooled with no lings except another 10 pool.
Multiple camera bugs in the replay but I'm not sure if that is proof for it.
He selects zerglings and sends them to my base without looking at either his lings or my base. This wouldn't be proof except the reason I looked at the replay was:

Not really very conclusive (except for the zoomout) or anything but I don't really feel bad about reporting someone who just kept bming even though all I said was gg.
EDIT: Something about where the camera locks. It is the cameras starting position on Akilon. It is slightly off centre on that map for some reason and that is the spot where he keeps the camera most of the game. That makes me lean towards him also using maphack on top of zoom hack.

Well, please remember that it is a matter of opinion what if any punishment there should be. While it would never be enforced because it couldn't be proven SC2 multiplayer would be a damn sight better place if there was some real world consequences beyond been allowed to play with any hack you wanted until the long, long time it takes for another ban round to come around.

TL:DR
Lack of scouting never scan in my base until he attacks but the bs was how he danced with his banshee around my 2d widow mine after he miss micro'd and lose the first to the other widow mine in the opposite side of my mineral line. it was just so funny how he moved dodging the mine with his 2d banshee. Then when i check the replay look at 5:25 5-31 when he RP the starport to my main he looked my whole main after that again when he was microing the first banshee u can see how he look my ramp to see how many units i have and snipe some hellbats and btw no one go to harrass in that way with banshee cloack in 1 base.

ClubGLAM is not a master/gm; but he is a map hacker. I vs'ed him in an unranked game where i was fooling around, not scouting
He did a terrible 2 gate without scouting me and if you look at his PoV you see him looking a empty base, which was mine ofc TT.

sc2 hacks are so easily accessible, it's not surprising that there are so many hackers out there
why does it seem like blizzard doesn't give a fuck about hackers?
does a large majority of players need to use hacks in order for blizzard to look further into the issue?

Because unfortunately they dont care, they have other important things to deal with. Preventing hacks on bnet is also pretty hard cause coders can find ways around it. So their massive ban waves comes once every blizz game sequels and it doesnt really do much/scare anyone.

There's no reason, in my opinion, to wish that to ANYONE.. Sometimes i admit i rage too, blizzard doesn't do anything, but man, they're still playing the same game as you and they're humans.
