Description: ZvZ on Cloud Kingdom, 24 minutes game Master level the guy never scouted not even a single ling was sent to any of my bases yet he blind countered every one of my moves, he countered a non scouted ten pool, made the right number of drones and lings without scouting and countered my ling/bane, made spores without knowing if I was going mutas or not, without any vision of the map except for his 2 bases of course he moved his infestors/hydras directly to my mutas that were heading to his main, killed a proxy/ninja expo (not scouted), moved his army several times to counter mine at the right time and place without scouting, there were times when he wouldnt do anything at all (zero moves) and right after my units spawned he made the right units to counter mine (drones/army), somehow he knew I stopped making mutas and started going for a ground army and at that exact moment he had the audacity to type "12:12 [All] lIlIlIlIlIlI: weird game lol"
I dont think it was a maphack only but also it had to be something else being used in that game that let him knew about my stuff and what I was doing/going for cuz he only looked in the fog of war a few times yet he knew exactly what to do (drones/army/upgrades).

1. Never scouts
2. 3:20 constantly changes barracks rally along with my overlord
3. Blindly sends 2 marines where my second overlord was heading, his camera gets locked for a few seconds and then kills my overlord without ever looking at it.
4. After the camera lock he immediatly builds bunker walls off completely the natural and even has scvs ready to repair without even seeing my roaches.
5.Also went tank blindly
6.Goes for 3 thors and turrets only when my mutas are about to get out
This is my first post here so sorry for any mistakes and also for the bm i just thought it was really obvious he was hacking

Description: I played this guy on WOL, and untill now, i always viewed the maphacking stuff as a trivial matter, considering i myself was accused of maphacking by some opponents, after i foiled their cheeses or seen their drops, etc. I never reported anyone for this untill this day, but this was so obvious... I play random on ladder, and he NEVER scouted me, he plays protoss and opened forge first in this game, as i got zerg. I only met a few opponents who do this, and even they scouted. Seeing how he never scouted me, i tried a roach allin, and he made 5, yes, FIVE cannons to defend, along with some sentries. This would have been explained if he never saw my third or something, but he never left his base. Pure luck? Well, consider i played him again some games later, and it was a PvP this time. Did he open forge as well? Nope, gate now in his main, not at natural. This type of persons make me sick and they should be IP banned by Blizz.

Thanks, but unfortunately others aren't as obvious as this lamer, and bother to scout, drop a money scan, etc and you never know something went terribly wrong in the game. Is it just me, or hacking is more common in WOL than in HOTS?

It's certainly more common since banned hackers prefer to buy a cheap copy of WoL instead of WoL AND HoTS.

You sure? blizzard doesn't ban the expansion keys for any of their games that im aware of, they just need to rebuy the non expansion again for the game. you can buy both wol/hots for as little as $50 if you go to people who sell the cdkeys too so its not really that much if they had to rebuy both. unfortunate but I guess thats just how things are.

I just played Farbauti who's on the confirmed maphacker list here. I just don't understand how he's not banned, he bms me all game. Then accuses me of hacking when I counter his strategy after hallu scouting him. And then also says he was high grandmaster and wins a lot of tournaments. I mean seriously he should get banned? What does he mean he win tournaments? He's a fucking hacker.

I've only played it once, but I got horizontal spawns.

Zerus prime has close spawn disabled, horizontal and cross spawn enabled. If he proxy gated between horizontal and cross, then it's not maphack, if he proxy gated in your natural or main then either he hacks or he just relies on luck.
Plus if it's unranked, not sure what the point of hacking would be.
