Or get some industry people that work behind the scenes.. just a suggestion, good job on the show so far. Yeah, I have to echo this. I'm about halfway through the TB interview and I don't feel like I've really learned anything except the childhood stuff and that there was more drama behind the scenes that I didn't know about in the WoW podcast community, which doesn't really interest me (and I'm someone who actually followed that stuff back in the day). TB is great and has lots of interesting stuff to talk about, but there's lots of people who we don't know much about compared to him. It sort of makes sense, at least to me, to talk to people who don't already have a pedestal where they talk about themselves a lot. Tasteless is an amazing pick because he's so private and basically doesn't interact with the community outside of his casting, but TB, djWHEAT, and Artosis are people who we listen to on like a weekly basis, if not more. I don't doubt that they all have cool stuff to say, but the show is somewhat of a unique opportunity to really get to know some people who the community at large doesn't know much about, i.e. players.
This may be true, But djwehat, artosis, and TB are huge names, and this is a new series, so starting with the bigger names will help Jp get off the ground. Even tho we see them a lot, a still think there is a lot to get to know behind the scenes about all of them.

I can see your logic, but I think JP putting his name on it is probably enough. I'm sure he's trying to get the best people he can for the show, I just wanted to say that it might be a better direction to go with more players than personalities/casters after he's done with the people he's already announced.

I want to see Ret on this show.

I think the logic here isn't exactly sound, and I think TB is a great guest that I want to know more about when I get a chance to listen to the video, but yeah, more players would be good.
And that's obviously not to say that JP won't be interviewing players, which I'm sure he will, it's just there's a lot of casters already on the list, and more lined up.
Just something to think about.

Oh cool another 2 hour marathon this time with TB!

Tasteless WILL be amazing if JP ups his no-fluff skills and isn't intimidated :D

Okay I just opened the video and the intro was pretty baller JP.

Naniwa decided that it wouldn't be right comming on, which was probably the right idea, since it seemed that his motivation to be in the show, was to retaliate against what certain other progamers had said about him on JP's shows

Great work JP and thanks to TB for agreeing to be interviewed. I'm really enjoying this series so far.

There really aren't words for how much I love this series. I have a love/hate relationship with a lot of what TB says but it really never fails to be interesting or controversial.
That in-game sponsorship logos are really just genius. That's going to become an industry standard, I'm sure of it.

Do you people have selective memory or what? So far he's had a coach, three players, scheduled another player who backed out while insulting everyone, and 5 casters (I don't really consider 2GD and WheAt simply casters but for arguments sake I'll put them up there). Need I also remind you that most of the casters were requested? People just assumed that Artosis would say no and keep info private for his bio, and that Tasteless would say no because he's Tasteless. JP has kept a great balance and has also listened to the suggestions by the community as a whole.
It's not like there is an overflow of interesting english speaking players to interview either... And although I'm sure guys like MC would absolutely love to come on the show, language barriers in a 1 on 1 interview might make things a bit to difficult.

so what he is obviously starting the show with people he know/community asks for pretty sure he will diversify later on and i think its great to have ppl like 2gd and tasteless, 2gd talked an awful lot but he has really interesting insight, and i think tasteless will be the same. btw itd be cool to get players like kas and other who dont get on english speaking shows all that much, i think a lot of ppl would like to know how the destroyer became what he is etc
