I'm about halfway through the TB interview and I don't feel like I've really learned anything except the childhood stuff and that there was more drama behind the scenes that I didn't know about in the WoW podcast community, which doesn't really interest me (and I'm someone who actually followed that stuff back in the day). TB is great and has lots of interesting stuff to talk about, but there's lots of people who we don't know much about compared to him. It sort of makes sense, at least to me, to talk to people who don't already have a pedestal where they talk about themselves a lot. Tasteless is an amazing pick because he's so private and basically doesn't interact with the community outside of his casting, but TB, djWHEAT, and Artosis are people who we listen to on like a weekly basis, if not more. I don't doubt that they all have cool stuff to say, but the show is somewhat of a unique opportunity to really get to know some people who the community at large doesn't know much about, i.e. players. | ||
