It feels like they're basing the improvements needed on the way the game played out 6 months ago. I suppose they'll change things around again as WOL develops further.

I agree, I really really really hope this mass recall does not make it through. It just sounds absolutely dumb as a toss could just move out and then recall back. I just see it being dumb and if blizzard does this will be bad for the game imo.
When I think of something else, something will go here

idk.. what they had added made mech entirely viable in all matches tbh armored firebats for vs toss and an easier to get antiair (which is now gone from what i read)

really they should scrap the tempest or w/e that ship is called for P and rework carrier to be a more efficient unit .. my personal opinion is to add +1 base armor to the intereceptors and add some move speed to the actual carrier with a better aquisition range and it would actually be a useful capital ship.

It's still an opportunity cost. Recall is probably going to cost 50 energy minimum, which means toss HAS to delay some of their tech or upgrades to get one or two "free" move-outs depending on how long they wait and how many nexi they have. Sure they get to poke and be annoying, but it will take a long time between pokes, and they're going to have slow as balls tech.

Right on, but it had it's place in mech compositions. It does in SC2 too.

You must haven't seen much high level Viking ground form play. It can be quite useful in TvT in the early-midgame. Also, in late late late late late game TvT. :D (remember the game with Alive vs MVP or someone on Daybreak in GSL??)

I thought blinding cloud had to be on top of the BIO for it to blind it I am pretty sure? I could be wrong they didn't really say but that's what I was assuming is it had to be on top of the bio for it to work.

Eh, I don't like the idea for Blinding Cloud to only affect bio, as this makes it useless against pretty much all Protoss ranged units like Stalkers, Sentries, Colossi, and Archons which are all not biological. However, perhaps blinding Siege Tanks might make things a bit too difficult for Terran, but maybe that can be tweaked through balancing.

I like this mineral to energy siphon idea. It brings back memories of Consume without necessarily being Consume. However, I'm kinda worried about how this would affect the super late game when most of the map is mined out, or on maps where expansions tend to be farther away from where engagements and pushes happen (like on Tal'Darim).

The missle launcher will just mean the siege lines of tvt are much further apart.
