Threads like this are always dangerous, since I could end up making alot of assumptions about things based on random things said here, which sometimes end up being corrected or contradicted a page later. That being said, it's nice to get some updates about players I don't hear about anymore, even if some of them are probably more rumors or hearsay.

LegalMind took a break from SC2 to finish his degree. He finished this past summer, and was playing again for a while for Team Clash. He's currently taking a break for personal reasons but is still extremely talented.

MasterAsia goes to my school, he got fairly deep at MLG Orlando until he lost to Polt in the losers bracket.
He also sometimes plays CSL matches for my school, I believe. He's also an awesome guy. I played against him and TheoRy in a 2v2 tournament at my school recently and I lost 2-1! (although that is entirely due to my teammate being awesome, I am terrible)

Nothing but mineral based units while focusing on mass economy into fast high tech play. I don't know if he gave up or just was to busy with collage to keep up the practice.
Every zerg player kinda use this today in a modified version which get speed anyway. But still lots of queens, some spine, and getting the gas later.
I stopped playing 1v1 a year ago so I didn't know that was what happend. That was really funny because I remember Idra and some other pro zergs saying that his style cannot work in pro play:S
