if it's not your internet connectivity then you could ask in the Tech Support forums and provide them with your specs, it might be your computer.

Try playing in offline mode. If it's gone, it's your internet. If it's still there, consider upgrading your hardware.

Run a pingtest (pingtest.net) and see if there's packet loss. Its possible not all of your actions on screen are being transmitted to servers (packets would be lost in transition). That test will tell you if there is packet loss. If that is the case, it is possible its your computer wiring (something similar happened to me a few months ago). I got an A so its not as simple as my internet is crap. I also had 0 packet loss

It could also be partly with graphics though. I use to play on high, and felt like i had worse control and the game was just 'sluggish'. Lowered to low, and all of a sudden it seemed to be so much more responsive. edit. you posted latency, which is good, and your latency is fine. But what is speed of internet connection just as an afterthought.

It's fine in most matchups but in zvz it is insufferable as I can lose fifteen lings to a baneling because they won't accept my order until it is too late. Is there any way to minimize this? Because at this point I am considering switching races just because of the mirror match up. Yeah, it's a high ping on your end, I have a similar problem. It sucks =[

Is the delay consistent or does it fluctuate, and has it always been this bad? I doubt it's your internet connection unless you use wireless, which can cause lag/delays. It could also be your computer and graphics settings. Are you using low graphics settings, have Vsync disabled, and Reduce Mouse Lag disabled?

Are you using low graphics settings, have Vsync disabled, and Reduce Mouse Lag disabled? No, there is not a forced minimum latency of any significance. If you're in Korea playing on the Korean server, you have almost LAN ping. And 250 ms is .25 seconds, 500ms is half a second. 250ms is next to unplayable, and 500ms is definitely unplayable.

You can just try to go into the sc2 editor and "test map" and you will notice a HUGE difference! It's actually crazy that there is actually that long delay on B.net. <_< It almost feels like the FF pop up before i cast them in "test map" mode. -.-

The guy a few posts above might be right in saying its 100ms. Its definately not half a second though. Could be a korean thing about not having delay over there.
