On topic, it may be sprinkled with a tad of bias, but I honestly Teamliquid will either win this GSTL, or at least make the final. They have high-quality players like Hero, Taeja (in Code S) and Zenio (narrowly missing out on Code S) and these players will be the core of the team. Not to mention TL's foreign players like TLO, Sheth, Ret, Tyler etc. (unsure if these players are all out in Korea). I really think TL have this. TeamLiquid Fighting!! | ||

I think it's because apart from fandom Liquid really doesn't stand a chance when you look at it. 3 reasons just off of the top of my head that'll factor into GSTL tremendously: Liquid's members doesn't actually have any offline team league experience outside of Hero, Taeja and Zenio. Which means decisions of putting out players, using specific builds and maps is going to be trial and error. Liquid has a small line-up of players, which means opposing teams will have an easier time to prepare and snipe them. Liquid's overall skill level hinges on Zenio, Taeja and Hero doing well. Haypro, Jinro and TLO have yet to prove themselves of killing Code A level players consistently. | ||

TLO almost qualified for code A and looks very impressive right now, and Jinro/Haypro are good enough to have a shot. TL has as good a shot as others. Not the favorites by any means but they could win. If Ret were there they'd have an even better shot. | ||
