Stephano is not the best foreigner.. to say that is absurd. It's far to early to lay such claims. And as for all of the EG/IdrA bashing, you couldn't be more off. Look at IdrA, HuK, and Puma and who they've been going up against; they've all improved. Even the less significant players of EG, who've hardly gotten any notice in the past, have begun to make impressive improvements. Look at DeMuslim; he grows in popularity after every tournament.
You've already acknowledged how quickly players can rise and all, yet you're this quick to jump on Stephano as the best foreigner... Meanwhile HuK and IdrA continue to perform on a consistent level, taking entire tournaments as well as being the top placed foreigners.

The rest is BS, pro's play for money. Stephano is the top foreigner and rising. + Show Spoiler + Foreigners $$ 1. Stephano 2. Huk 3. Naniwa 4. Sen 5. Idra 6. White-Ra
Overall $$ 1. MVP 2. Nestea 3. MC 4. Puma 5. Polt 6. MarineKing 7. MMA 8. Fruitdealer 9. Leenock 10. Stephano
While I think Stephano is the best foreigner, I think MVP has won too many tournements to be considered anything but the best. 3 GSL's, Blizzcon, MLG, WCG..... isn't that everything? So MVP is the best until Stephano beats him in a best of 5.

but You do realize that most of stephanos winnings have been in french only tournaments which didn't really have any koreans at all, or any of the other top european or american players, right? That's like saying Idra would be the best player in the world because if he moved to some country that held its own tournaments with no outsiders he would make a ton of money.

but we're talking about skill here. It doesnn't matter how much money a tournament with little competition gives, he could win $200,000 from 1 tournament, but if it doesn't have koreans or at least top europeans and americans, it won't mean anything as far as skill goes. I can guarantee just about everyone in GSL code S that hasn't been to the finals makes less money than stephano, but all are leaps and bounds better than him and would absolutely demolish him.

I don't know what their record is against each other on ladder, but I promise you, fOrGG doesn't take ladder very seriously. I heard recently that stephano lives in the oGs house now (not sure if this is true), but if so, then stephano probably practices with him all the time and probably blind countered his build. Anyway, I stay firm in my claim that fOrGG is tiers above stephano God Young-Ho or other S class players make stephano look like a mental handicap.

Please stop posting, seriously. This is so wrong I don't even know where to start. His winning have mostly come from IPL3, ESWC and IPL4 UK qualifier. He didn't even play a french player in any of those tournaments as far as I know. I don't even know why I'm replying to you.

Did you fall on your head? o_O Tell me that these are french only tournaments : IPL3, ESWC, IPL4 qualifiers. These 3 "french only tournaments" put him first in earnings among the foreigners.

All I got to say 51% win ratio Idra Master. Stephano 73% win ratio GM top 25 put things into perspective dont it?. The only other zerg in the world that got over 70% win ratio on the korean GM is DRG.
Beside that what a shit thread I doubt the op is even a Stephano fan.

Really becuase he destroys every other zerg on ladder. He 5-0 Idra. ofcourse thats not hard todo.
But saying he dont take ladder serious when he practise 12 hours a day on it is just silly

you're talking korean ladder? where stephano made a new account and got to pad his W/L by playing noobs on a new account, where idras MMR started off facing all the pros like he was before he left korea? Hmmm.... nice logic there broski

That's so retarded. HuK's recent MLG win is worth more than Stephano's ESWC and IPL3 wins.

shhh using logic angers the stephano fans, they don't like it. You can't bring up the amount of competition said tournaments had, only money won, until of course other foreigners win a lot more money than stephano, then you will only be allowed to bring up his awesome ladder record.

You so cute!. Those idra fanbous quite delusional but atleast do some research before you make statements that just make you look stupide
