It means something along the lines of: "I decided to leave the TSL team, which I've been part of since 1 year ago.There really weren't any problems which made me leave, so we've decided to leave on good terms (something about cheering for each other... guess it means that).I'll be back as a better programer (This is confusing since I don't know if he means that he's going to join TSL again or if he's simply stating that he's going to improve a.k.a. standard korean manner talk but I guess it means the latter).
