top SC2 players could go like this. 1. Flash (terran) 2. Jaedong? (Zerg) 3. Jangbi(Protoss) 4. Bisu (Protoss) 5. MMA?(terran) 6 Fantasy(Terran) 7. MVP(terran) 8. zero(zerg) 9. Huk(Protoss) 10. MC(Protoss) Shuttle, Calm, Hyuk are probably top 20 MKP, Ryung, Puzzle, Rainbow are top 50. If Effort gets back in the money game.. he could be a dark horse. Stephano is also a wild card. he could be top five he decides SC2 as a career. Nestea would be probably around top 15. | ||

MC(Protoss) Shuttle, Calm, Hyuk are probably top 20 It's a pretty good chance that players like Flash, Jaedong, Bisu are gonna be good and probably even great, but trying to do a ranking like this is somewhat ridiculous. Some BW players might not catch on or be inspired by SC2...also I think it's a good chance a lot of them will change races. If you can start a new game and you're playing to be a pro and win in something like the GSL..how likely are you to pick Protoss right now? | ||

Jaedong will always by zerg, Flash terran, Bisu protoss etc. It's gonna feel weird if any of them are race switching. | ||

None of the bigger name BW players switched races, I don't think. Boxer still T, July still Z, Nada still T, Nestea still Z, MVP still T, and Yellow would have still been Z if he had continued. Only pros that might switch are the Protoss... but nah. Once a Brotoss, always a Brotoss. Aiur4lyfe. Or well, my life for Aiur. Same diff. | ||

Currently, it appears to everyone (other than terran players on TL, obviously) that terran is the more successful race. We're talking about master league accounts with less than 100 career wins. We've got master league accounts that were in gold and platinum last season. There's a possibility that these are smurf accounts or just people that have gotten better, but the sheer number of accounts I'm finding, even beyond what was listed earlier, is nothing short of unbelievable. | ||

You completely left out the player whos skillset arguably transfers best to sc2  | ||

I'd guess that every B teamer and practice partner on almost every team is being told to prepare in case proleague decides to add sc2. Thats a whole fuckton of people, could possibly account for that? | ||

You can look at their all-time stats on SC2ranks and see how that account has progressed, and a lot of these accounts were just made in the last two weeks. Terran or Zerg more effectively make use of high multitasking ability and Bisu above anyone else does that. | ||
