EPT1. I don't speak Korean. Almost all the translations are official Blizzard translations or broken down official translations (e.g. "Protoss Ground Weapons Level 1" → Protoss, Ground, Weapons, Level), deduced by comparing kr.battle.net pages with us.battle.net ones.
2. I also just began adding colloquial terms, but those are much harder to deduce. The only one I've added is "로공, Robo".
3. The dictionary is not complete. Notable terms missing: creep tumor, cocoon, mule, reactor, move, stop, hold position, non-unit upgrades like Terran's building armor and turret range. If you know the translations of any missing terms (official or colloquial), please tell me and I'll add them. I'll give you write permissions to the spreadsheet if you can contribute numerous translations (e.g. most of the terms in a particular language, like Chinese, French, etc.).
I also made a simple site that allows you to translate the Korean terms in a text to English: sc2translate.appspot.com. It just does a naive mass find-replace using regex, but then you can translate again in-place using Google Translate if desired. I'll add more features (and languages) if people find the site useful.

It's obviously still not perfect, but the translations are a lot more comprehensible than those from just using Google Translate. It'll also be a lot better with more terms added. For example, I'm sure "Expansion" is written a couple of times in there.
