He looked uncomfortable there as I believe I have heard he doesn't know much English at all, but most of his time will be spent in Korea so things should be fine for him. Also, that was (as far as I know) the first time he met his teammates, so that just adds even more to the discomfort. Either way, I hope things work out for him and EG. | ||

Also I hope they are doing a balanced exercise regime. Focusing on bench isn't ideal when you spend hours a day in front of a computer (your shoulders will tend to be rounded/internally rotated). Deadlifts would be a good complementary exercise. | ||

Mistook the 35pounders for 30s (which do exist, btw). That's why the idea of a 55lb bar thew me off.. But yeah, then I guess Idra's doing well for himself (for a guy his size). | ||

From his POV, its not always easy to travel so much and meet up a group of strangers who don't even speak your language. I would expect him to be fine though, especially now that hes more acclimated with the team. | ||
