For those of you who havent already seen the videos, make sure to follow EG on twitter (@EvilGeniuses). I love the footage taken from inside the practice house, that place is a place worthy of such nerd ballers Who are you to decide what is threadworthy and what isnt? I swear every nerd on Teamliquid thinks everyone else wants to hear their opinion. You have no say on the matter so its best to enjoy the videos and keep your comments to yourself. In track, muscles move faster than fat (obviously) and alot of the fastest sprinters have a large amount of muscle on them. In football, muscle can impede the motion of the arms thus making muscles somewhat of a restraint for quarterbacks (see Peyton Manning versus that former Notre Dame QB that blows [i forget his name]). The working out helps to relieve stress and keep things in perspective for them, very healthy. PS, 435 is damn impressive. 255 is very respectable, and 205 is in the 200s so not bad.

You would die at 1%. As said 3% is where Mr.O is at and you wont be able to sustain that for long periods of time only there during showtime.

But then, my main motivation for working out is to be a better footballer, and not get muscled off the ball :D I can't imagine having too much stamina or being very quick or agile if I were Geoff's size, but who knows.

I hope this article puts all your ignorant guesses to rest. Presenting a woman with basically 0% body fat. Very unfortunate but a surprising and inspiring story. http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/news/3033310/4st-Lizzie-eats-every-15-mins.html
