Language barrier, new environment and new people. I guess it will take time to adjust but I'm pretty sure hes enjoying it. Traveling around and ofc winning tournaments :D.

Well, in order to gain weight you just need to eat more calories than you burn...It's actually very simple!

However, many of the comments regarding fitness are well.. poor advice at best.

Its fairly difficult on finding information on how to gain weight rather then lose it.. I found it rather hilarious that this entire thread has been dominated by people arguing about bench press techniques etc, but I like it :D I used to be REALLY skinny, but since i've started working out( 16 months ago) i've gained around 25-28 kilos(55-61.6 pounds) and I'm now bench pressing 80-90 kilos, and lifting 32 kilos @ dumbbell press. For me it's been all about working out regulary, eating an adequate amount of the proper kind of food, and constantly pushing yourself. Set goals, how much do you want to be able to squat in 2 months, how many repetitions do you want to be able to perform while bench pressing X amount of weight? And lastly, work out with a good friend, preferably one who is equally motivated! ggl! ![]()

Instead of eating 3 healthy meals increase it to 5.

Geoff is around 16% bodyfat i would guess, anything less than 10% is ULTRA lean. I was at like 6% once when i was cutting weight for a bjj tournament and ill tell you.. theres no way you're healthy at that low of a % for any amount of time
