There is more to the story here. But from what we know so far I think SC2Con is demanding too much and were seeing with $$$ signs. There are reasons for players/teams to not want to participate. But for an organization to just say no and not leave it in the hands of the teams, players and sponsors seems very Kespa-ish to me.

This news is a big step in the direction of stepping up and losing that tired label. Thats why almost every foreigners lost in NASL round of 16 right? Thats why top 6 MLG finish was koreans right? Honestly when i watch koreans gamers play and watch other tournaments I can clearly see the difference in the quality of games.... No disrespect to non-Korean players, but games with korean pros are just simply better.

I have no clue what world you live in.

You really don't see anything wrong with SC2Con demanding unlimited travel expenses? Whose to say whether players won't book luxury suites and dine out at expensive restaurants every night?

Very constructive points, kudos to you, my friend. The NASL producers are akin to nefarious bankers. Not only that, NASL charged players $80 when picking them up from the air port. NASL offered to pay $2000 for the travelling fee, at the cost of taking $1000 OUT of the prize money. Also, players who competed in season 1 still have not received any of their deposit or the prize money. http://www.thisisgame.com/board/view.php?id=736266&board=&category=13439&subcategory=2&page=1&best=&searchmode=&search=&orderby=&token= Stay Classy, NASL. - Have not paid the Korean players who participated in NASL Season 1 - Upped the deposit fee for Season 2 from $250 to $500 ~ Use deposit for Season 2 to pay prize money and deposits from Season 1 ~ Profit Ponzi Scheme anyone? ~ annotates guess/opinion

But we don't need them. The level of players here is sick. You're either not funny or really stupid! If you think NA "Top-Players" like KiwiKaki, SeleCt or IdrA are "sick" you should watch some games them playing koreans. Everyone who gives money to NASL is pretty retarded if you can get nearly 3 GSLs for the same price. Sorry NASL, but GSL is the only league worth paying money for. The Production Quality of Foreign Tournaments is really bad or they aren't live.

Pretty much. Why should we have to pay for them to come over here? You don't see them paying for people like Huk to come over to Korea. If they want to compete over here then pay for it themselves.
