You're of course right! I forgot about him due to his injury. Still!, 3 Zergs, 2 protoss and 1 terran. I doubt they would have got for another zerg regardless ^^

Because SlayerS is not a member of that SC2 governing organization. A couple years back there was this publicized meeting between Boxer and Savior where one of the topics in the conversation was about improving conditions for progamers. The whole thing leaves an incredibly bitter taste when you look back on it now in light of the match fixing scandals, but you can trace back Boxer's different approach with his team to quite some time back.

I hope there wont be a communication issued though. Also I hope that this is not becoming commonplace. Lately you have seen SK, Fnatic and EG getting Korean players. These teams need to be very careful of what the fans actually think, its ultimately they who are the source of their income. If they cannot relate to the team anymore, or start to dislike it for whatever reason its a big loss for the teams. don't count out demuslim, he's an awesome terran perhaps not as awesome since his injury, but i'm sure he'll make it back to the top of the foreign scene

Looking forward to hearing the other side of the story here. If it doesn't come out, EG will be tarred.

When they lost 3 big names last weeks I was like: "Well, at least they still have puma..." Now what? : \

Please shut up about this whole "SC2 is global, not Korean" spiel. This has nothing to do with possessiveness, but a matter of ethical conduct.

So I'm willing to be open minded about all of this until all parties have had a chance to voice their statements.

The team revealed today that after Puma won NASL, Puma directly received interest from a foreign team, Evil Geniuses. Manager Lee noted that "It is disappointing that we have to make a decision like this, but it's extremely objectionable [T/N: displeasing, disgusting, etc] that Evil Geniuses would ignore the coaches completely and directly go talk to the player" TIG confirms that Puma will be joining Evil Geniuses. EG made an offer to Puma after they made it to the round of 4, and after that, Puma had decided that he would accept EG's offer. Puma revealed his intentions to the TSL manager after coming back to Korea. Manager Lee decided to respect the player's wishes in the end. He noted that "It's really disturbing. It feels like the player I raised was just stolen away from me.", adding that "There needs to be a system to stop foreign teams from stealing Korean players like this" Puma had left the TSL house as of the 20th. EG has been revealed to pay Puma a certain amount of salary, and to provide Puma with money for foreign tournaments. http://www.playxp.com/news/read.php?news_id=3209550 http://www.thisisgame.com/board/view.php?id=709880&board=&category=13438&subcategory=&page=1&best=&searchmode=&search=&orderby=&token= Korean Sc teams need to learn about free agency and fair trade. Playing the game at that level is about money and prestige, if you cannot offer more than another team you do not deserve that player. This is not ScBw and teams don't deserve slave like control of their players.

The coach isn't condemning PuMa for leaving TSL. He is upset over HOW PuMa left TSL. True, but what about Puma? Was he planning on leaving TSL anyway? It's not like he's the first player to leave from that team. Right now, we only have statements from the coach, who obviously has a bias on the matter.

And well, EG is EG. Professional BM-ing. Then again, if they ever want to win anything again this is the way to go. Have a few americans for the trolling/drama and a few koreans for results.
