But on a more serious note: I think Destiny is one. I also feel like there are alot of GSTL Koreans that are underrated cause they aren't in Code A or Code S. Like Sage, Seal, DRG, Dragon, etc. Everytime I have gotten a chance to see them I shutter in fear of ever actually facing them. | ||

NonY (Liquid`Tyler) is underrated because he is absolutely one of the smartest people who has carried many of his skills over from Brood War. He just has an incredible ability to figure out builds, timings and his game sense is close to unmatched in the foreign scene. | ||

True, but I think the main reason Tyler is underrated (if that is even the proper word for it) is because in SC1, there where not nearly as many competative players and now that SC2 has exploded, his skill is not nearly enough to match all these new monsters that has shown up. I also think this is one of the main reasons he is so bitter on the TL comunity. On SotG he spoke about getting in shape and use his multitasking and also rely on the opponent not being able to multitask as good as he, but in all honesty, this is not a problem for most competative top players in SC2. I think that Tylers worst enemy is Tyler self. He can have great builds, timings and game sense, problem is that there are a huge number of people that also has this and to large extent even surpasses Tyler in this department. Question is if he wants aknowledge this or just simply live in a bubble for the rest of his carrer? | ||

He is so insanely good. It is just wonder that he has only two GSL titles. He's potential is much more than what we see. I was thinking recently what it would be if they let Nestea participate in some foreign tournament. Let say MGL Anaheim. You think there is a person capable of taking even a game of him? | ||

He is a decent mid tier NA grandmaster player, who is capable of taking a few games off good players. But he is not underrated, he is probably slightly overrated (by his fans). As for properly underrated players, I would say Socke and Hasuobs, because they have really solid styles but not necessarily creative that win them lots of games and allow them to win through the current standard. They don't have gosu ff skills, or crazy builds, or have unique compositions, but they win regardless and I think this is being ignored a lot. I always like seeing standard play doing well. | ||
