In the OP it said he isn't coming because he hasn't been eliminated from GSL yet. The GSL finals is the same day as MLG hence the speculation that Gom's special announcement may be the finals being @ anaheim since they have mentioned previously that they are interested in having a finals take place in the USA or at least somewhere outside of Korea

I feel like with MLG and GOM working together, they wouldn't create the inconvenience for themselves by making both the finals and MLG on the same weekend unless they had big plans for something. We can only hope. <3

ThorZaIN came through the open bracket in one MLG, he doesn't deserve to be seeded. If he does it again, then probably.

Really the main problem is that they carried over the points from last year's MLGs where the competition was at a MUCH lower level, but those people still got to keep their points. And it's nearly impossible to lose your seeded spot because of the giant advantage that pool play confers.

TLO got 5th at Dallas. Except both of the Liquid players have played in more one than MLG, and afaik ThorZain isn't coming to this MLG. That's why.

No, Thorzain was invited, but got treated like shit last time so declined the spot, which meant seeding went to HuK.

They don't carry over points, they just used last years results to determine the ORIGINAL pools, and then at Columbus they used 100% just MLG Dallas results.
