I'm happy for Geoff, he clearly wants to focus more on his playing career and NASL was taking up a lot of time. This is going to be good for him.

With that said, I'm personally sad. I'm a fan of his personality and humor, especially his presence on State of the Game as well as his casting. Now that he's off SOTG and NASL I don't get to hear him anymore =( There's one less reason to watch NASL now, and SOTG will be a lot less funny (although Tyler will always be baller and awesome)

I think it will end up being a good thing for InControl and NASL. I can't help but wonder though if Scoots put some pressure on Geoff to quit riding the fence between Professional Player and Professional commentator/host/all things esports related. First SOTG and now NASL.

Anywho, I'm a huge fan Geoff!! Best of luck to you and NASL.

Kinda sucks because I thought inc and gretorp made a really good casting combo, but if this means more incontrol crushing nerds while still casting once in a while, I'm all for it. gl to both parties!

As much as I enjoyed listening to him cast NASL, I always seemed to enjoy it more when he won his NASL games.

This is for the best i think, he wasnt the best caster in the world, and doing this everyday really prevented him from practicing as much as others. He had a good run and im looking forward to him winning season 2.

wish it was gretorp but w/e. They need to review the whole casting plan of the NASL. Its really holding them back. Hell Code A with Kelly was > than Casting in the NASL.

It is however great to see Incontrol doing his thing and working to improve and prepare for playing on the international stage.

It will be sad to see less of you "on the air", but on the other hand, knowing that you trade it for something that you really want and that makes you happy - that makes me happy too. I love seeing people figure out what they want and going for it. It is very inspiring.

Hmm, it seems you either have to be a full time caster or full time player it seems to difficult to be both, i mean you can do some casting on the side but it seems you have to concentrate on one or the other.

I loved iNcontrol's casting in NASL

He and Gretorp managed to find their stride together and made an awesome duo. I understand where he's coming from though, he got so spread out in his involvement in the scene that his game was starting to suffer. I'll miss having him cast in NASL and SotG, but i'm excited to see where his games go from here :D
