Lol. ^^
Anyways, looking forward to Idra vs. MC. Idra has been doing well lately and MC has been faltering, so I think it'll be for either one to take.

This MLG just got nasty, very nasty...

And the same does not apply to MC?

Aaaaand imma go with this. MC got outplayed by Alicia. He didn't get cannon rushed or some such, he lost two games, one with an aggressive build and a defensive build. Getting BBBPrimed and losing? Yeah, alright, you can lose to someone below your skill level that way. But AliMCia's builds weren't that divergent.
Alicia did better in those games. May not be indicative of anything. But Alicia isn't 'way below his skill level.' MC got outplayed. Maybe it was just that day.
Hopefully the across-the-stage latency isn't going to be game-breaking.

I think people are overestimating the amount practise pros put in for these kind of short tournaments. I mean specific opponents and matchups.

While I doubt they did extensively prepare, they could have spent hours preparing something for the Bomber matchup and even analyzing his replays. In reality I doubt they prepared much at all, but it's still stupid

I'm not too excited for MC, mostly because I didn't particularly enjoy seeing him take Dreamhack or Copenhagen games in a one-sided fashion.
Just hoping someone can knock him out.

But hey, at least now you've got another excuse for him losing, right?

poor select, his group of death just became worse >.<

thanks for spoiling COTH rigth as the final game is about to start!

There you have it. Let's see if MC can get out of his funk.

I'm loving this but I don't know why people are freaking out about the Koreans. YES, they are absolute monsters but everybody thought that they will dominate TSL as well but it turned out quite different (Cross-server lag issues or not).
Either way, this should be one of the best MLGs so far and I can't wait for it to start ^_^ gl all

Well the first Game for IdrA is now MC. LMAO IdrA is dead.
|
I'd love a statement from IdrA, I'm pretty sure MC is a much harder opponent for him (or at least in his opinion) than Bomber (ZvT best MU, ZvP worst). Also Nestea beat Bomber very convincingly, and I really dont think IdrA is much worse than Nestea

At first I wasn't sure if I'd grab HD, now it's confirmed :D

Not Trolling, Alicia is a good player, but if you ask everyone to list who will win the next GSL, I bet MC gets 10 x at least the votes Alicia does, and its not because he's popular, but because on his day MC is one of the best. Alicia is up and coming, but is still not champion material just yet.

Well, "isn't much worse" is a little misleading. I guess you're right, he's not "much worse", but at the same time he's far from having nestea's skill. The problem is that now idra train with not very good players (relatively of course), so it's impossible to judge his real skill. I'd like to see him against every MLG koreans to be able to judge.
