Except they have no fucking idea what to do. They just know they need to do something or their game will die. Or maybe it won't even die! All tournaments need an RTS game! No, they really don't. They only need genres of games that people actually care about. If your game / genre keeps bleeding numbers then eventually it won't make the cut to high profile tournaments because nobody cares to watch it.
Ro claim that blizz won't do anything is idiotic and ignoring history because if you complain enough they will add it. Like chat channels or name changes. etc. So if you tell them enough that you want something enough... blizz will do it.
Inc and Idra seem not interested in fixing the problems with the game itself.

The only difference between the EG guys and Destiny is that the EG guys don't think that SC2 will die if Blizzard doesn't do everything the community wants. They want many of the same fixes that Destiny wants, but they also see room for improvement outside of Blizzard. In Destiny's post, he basically said that the community can do nothing to help SC2 grow, its all up to Blizzard. That is what guys like IdrA, incontrol, and wheat were getting so mad about. Destiny then got mad because he thought they were "defending Blizzard," which they clearly weren't. Did Geoff and Greg show their argument well? Probably not, but I do think that their premise is much stronger than Destiny's.

Thanks guys that was the last episode of ItG i have ever watched. The vicious attacks that went down last night showed me a side of not only incontrol but wheat that i thought they only reserved for map hackers and idiots, not people with different opinions. I recommended the show to a lot of people, but i wont be doing that anymore. It a shame it came down to this, but props to Painuser for being reasonable during all this and puts up with what happened.
