I don't see how it would be op. What do you mean? That it's splash will be more effective due to the better pathfinding? Which makes a ball of units to cluster up? If that is your reasoning then both Collosus and seige tanks are imballenced too.

Not sure I want to level up Kerrigan and manage her inventory etc. New Zerg units should be cool, I expect one of these to be added to the MP eventually. i'd expect something close to the Dawn of War 2 system where your hero(es) level up inbetween missions and can learn new spells/equip new items (you won't have to mess around with it in missions) or something close to that. seeing kerrigan grow with each missions seems exciting.

From what I remember, they've always been boasting the 3 SC2 games as "standalone", with each 'expansion' having it's own single player and all. I'd expect HoTS to be $60 like WoL was, especially since in addition to the single player, HoTS will have it's own ladder as well.

Not like zerg needs more AoE anyways, Hive Tech Caster inc.

wtf?! of course they would be OP if you'd just add them to the game like it is at the moment?!... but i guess zerg won't be the only race that gets changed in HotS?!

We dont really have a real offensive spellcaster atm vs zerg. HSM sucks balls

And I fail to see the correlation between nerfing damage ouput of the collusus and tanks and the lurker being able to burrow. What about it being burrowed makes it unable to be balanced/tweaked? Anyways, very excited to see what's in store with HOTS ^^

TFT had its own ladder and single player, and was cheaper than Reign of Chaos there really is no basis to say that "HotS" WILL BE $60.

The more recent news we've had said that the second 2 games would be full price (originally they were gonna be expansion packs and cheaper. This could change and it's not final). Blizz has said that each game will have a separate ladder, so that people who don't upgrade won't be forced out of multiplayer. There will be new units/abilities in multiplayer but we don't know how many or what.
