Removed the Archon toilet from Motherships and making HT even less usable than they are now... Yeah, those two were really the problem with Protoss. Now we'll see some changes--Collosus might even get used occasionally now. Oh wait.
People think late game PvT is broken because Terrans stay on tier 1 tech for the entire game, while the Protoss moves into the very top of their tech tree. Maybe try something other than MMM vs. Collosus before complaining?
The Marine is seriously the biggest problem in the game at the moment. Yet the closest thing to a nerf is a slightly delayed Stim. An actual nerf to Stim might fix a lot of the problems.
For Zerg's problems, making the Hydra an actual usable unit (other than for that short window in ZvP before the Protoss gets the Collosus) would go a long way toward making the army prior to Broodlords worthwhile... Idra's idea of making Hydras tier 1 and making Roaches tier 2, with the necessary nerfs and buffs would probably be a pretty good solution... Though unfortunately it's almost definitely never going to happen.
Basically, this patch "fixes" a lot of things that don't matter at all (was the Archon Toilet game breaking? how about Fungal Growth?), and ignores things that are actually problems--i.e., Collosus and Marines.

Agreed. I even take these change over low dmg storms. I mean I don't storms to be fungal without the ensnare.

vortex broke games because of archon splash if u read a few pages ago. no matter how large an army goes into the vortex, everything will be gone.

Except it doesn't.

The viking flower thing I don't like. I actually like seeing it in TvT.
Units coming out of vortex if we can't shoot them for 1.5 secs, they'd better not be able to shoot back. Otherwise vortex becomes useless.
Khaydarin amulet - I'd be fine with this change only IF EMP had a research time and ghosts also don't get the energy upgrade. Even then ghosts with EMP are GOING to deal damage to the protoss army even if they miss the EMPs on all the HT. An EMP can do up to 100 instantaneous "damage" per unit to a protoss army, in addition to rendering HT useless. Storm is 80 AoEDoT where with micro most units take 40-60 damage. This change does make protoss even more likely to go for colossi, and make templar tech even MORE risky than it already is.

so snipe a mothership with vikings, and avoiding vortexes.
I see... broken.
It was such a fun part of the game and so exciting.

Yes

You might as well vortex your own units.

Only reason they are not final is because blizzard wants to hear from us if they are good or not and guess what we're doing here? Agreed that most people here haven't even played them so they should take it with a grain of salt but saying we should just be quiet is stupid. You kind of answered your own question there. Everyone needs to play first, talk later. Of course no one ever does.

hope that a shit ton of peopl will play ALOT of PTR and give a shit ton of feedback

- The game cursor now remains visible while loading maps.
omg finally

ridiculous seriously? I don't effing agree with this.

Personally I find the new caster bars somewhat obstructive, I mean we could at least hide them at the bottom or very top dont you think?

Er so let me get this straight.
Carriers and BCs move at the same speed now? So uh... BCs wtfpwn carriers by having more armor, more health, an ability to blow big units out of the sky and cost less minerals? Carriers firepower is also reduced to zero very quickly when vs ground AA
WOW. Time to switch race.

Has this been tested? The way I read it, fungal takes 8 seconds to do damage, but only stuns for 4. Which is a huge nerf.

Worst patch ever. Both for toss and zerg. I really don't want to see EVEN MORE colossi. Such a boring unit. Give them reavers back instead of that shit. Or... You know, don't overnerf HTs.

Fungal Growt - good or bad? Amulet removed woohooo

If you aren't GSL level, your opinion on balance is less then worthless, sorry. Then how come these patches cater to bronze leaguers?
Blizzard's balance changes do not cater to bronze leaguers.
Every patch so far has moved the game towards better balance. I'll wait for the pros to speak their minds about this patch once they have played on it a good deal.
Blizzard is doing a great job so far, keep up the good work. I'm sure they understand how to design their creation more than a bunch of noob.
It's always the noobs that cry the hardest.
