This makes me sad a little. It is like beta, players find something creative and Blizzard goes to remove it - in this case the flower. This thing was useful for corruptors and muta as well. I'm starting to think that Blizz wants the game to develop as they want, instead of what the players discover.

The battlecruiser buff wasn't really necessary, those flying chunks of metal are good as it is. Bunker and Stimpack reaserch time is...Zerg players will be kind of happy, safer for the FE this way.

The Mothership is useless as is, no need to make it even more so. 1.5 sec. means that mose units have two free attacks, not really promising. The Amulet - isn't as big as people think. I used to warp in templars before storm was finished so that I will have enough energy once the upgrade is done. And Amulet + 2'nd tech tree (Colo or Carriers) is strong, but I wouldn't call it OP.

Zerg changes are not reasonable. FG doesn't need a nerf, it has it's uses now, but that doesn't constitute a need for rebalancing.

how are people actually assuming that the stim nerf is a seriously nerf?
yes some pushes come a bit later / MAY BE easier to defend, but stim is still as strong as it ever was throughout the fucking game.

while the amulet remove basically killed off the ht, how can you even compare the terran nerf and the protoss nerf?

gosh who doesn't switch to terran now is a complete dumbass -_-

terran is already fucking dominating everywhere, but they don't get a seriously nerf?

Could you possibly be any more condescending? This is a topic about the newest patch on PTR, people are giving their reactions to it and discussing it.

Medivacs will now help a lot less against fungal growth.

I think people are underestimating the zealot change.

And come on, instant storm anywhere on the map was ridiculousl. In late game, TvP it never mattered if you won a fight, the P could very often just equalize by warping in a templar and storming the left over units.

Not sure yet what the stim change is going to mean for TvT and TvP. Probably more banshee and void ray builds. And 4 gates.

Good job Blizzard. You just made colossi even more attractive to Protoss players and made HTs even less attractive. Congrats.

No arguing that HT storm needed a nerf, but removing Khaydarin Amulet was definitely NOT the way to do it.

EDIT: Removal of air unit flowers is pretty dumb too imo and now the mothership is even more worthless. I don't get it...

Agree, but you have to face the fact that 30s won't get protoss the colossus or storm (lol) so he would be favored in that fight. That means Terran will have more MM and Protoss will have more gateway units. I wonder which one usually comes ahead.

You are going overboard there mate. Blizzard does take what people have to say seriously. They may not do what was said, but they do listen. Why do you think the Archon Toilet is being nerfed? Why do you think the Amulet is being removed? It is BECAUSE people did not shut up, so telling people to shut up after this is the result of people not shutting up (for which you agree with) is idiotic.

Also, quite being a hypocrite and complaining about complainers, you are no better than the others, at least their complaints are about Sc 2 and yours is about the people.

Well after one ZvZ, I dont see me EVER building mutas again. Infestor Roach is where it is at.

Fungal did almost nothing to roaches before, now they deal SO much damage. The damage to mutas is negligible since I don't feel like it is a waste getting more infestors now.

maybe I'm just theory crafting to much and ZvZ is worse off.

As a zerg player I actually think this patch is huge for bringing TvP into line.
I'm still unsure if the FG damage will outweigh the reduced stun though

they should not change the HT upgrade, just change it for the +75 max energie like in bw. As a toss im curious to see how it will change the meta game for toss, i gess it would not be that bad on big map of gsl, since you'll have time to warp them back in your main and while the t army coming they get the energy, it on the small map im kind of worry i gess it time for the boring colo play

Sigh ridiculous patch, I always agreed that Protoss was to OP for zerg (But definitely not against Terran) This HT nerf is a huge blow for Protoss, I for one open HTs against terran first then go Collosi, this will pretty much force every Protoss who does the same to now open Collosi, insta-storm was needed when vsing a good Terran able to use Ghosts well, infact the skill gets pretty much useless when Terran gets around 8 Ghosts.

Archon toilet was completely stupid to remove on Blizzard's part, the unit comp needed to pull it off was so unrealistic and Protoss needs to take so many risks getting the unit comp in the first place (Unless your on like 4 bases). Awesome now the Mothership will never be used, just when it looked like it was a viable unit to get.

They could of at least buffed archons to still make opening HTs against Terran viable.

omg amulet removal - what are they thinking? this will be the end of HT usage, because of their slow movement, low resilliance and now the need to charge up to do anything at all (well one could merge them to archons lol) If this gets on the live servers say hello to more 'war of the worlds'.

These guys who say warp in storms are imba, well if they were that imba how come protosses aren't dominating with it in a ridiculous fashion? Because it wasn't imba, it was necessary. Oh well, just like another guy said, protoss variety disappearing with every patch. I'd be KIND of fine with it if they also did something so that terran can't(even more so now) start going blind vikings, cus they'd actually have to scout our tech. I guess the 2forge builds are going to be even more important now.
