There are so many problems with using GSL as a sample size to say that foreigners aren't as good. GSL's are so fast paced. Imagine if you move to a foreign country that has 10+ hours of a time difference from where you live. The food is different, the culture is different, you're in a totally different environment. 2-3 days after you move to the country, you're thrown into a tournament with people who have been practicing nonstop in comfortable environments. It's no surprise that many foreigners have been unsuccessful.
If you look at the non Koreans who have actually been in Korea for an extended period (Idra, Jinro) -- they're both successful. HuK and Haypro and Ret are very recently in Korea, give them a few months. If you look at ANY tournament that is on an even playing field, Korean's haven't been vastly superior to foreigners.

I think it's supposed to be... for example, Sunday games played, cast live. Immediate post-production on the video after and broadcasted the next day.

He just explained it well on SoTG. The games are CASTED LIVE but the stream will be next day after production. I think it's better that way and Incontrol's arguments were pretty good. We don,t want shitty dialogues since player A is late or whatever reason.

The games are being cast live... which was the concern. The broadcast time and the actual cast time are two different things.

LIVE Games?: The games will be cast live! When will the games be broadcast vs when they are cast? This depends on the production. Everything will follow a schedule of broadcasting, etc. We will produce an amazing product, that's what I can say.
Basically, can't give 100% answer about this because we are still working on improving our product and getting everything right for launch!
