Now my hands don't shake all the time, but I noticed Starcraft has really affected my precision with my hands away from the keyboard. While I was making my girlfriend a hand-painted picture frame for Christmas as one of her gifts, my hand was shaking incredddddibly bad and it never used to be like that. The only explanation I can think for this is Starcraft, where my hands are constantly moving and hands are not used to making slow, precise movements.
Shaky hands from too much Starcraft?

www.nhs.uk/conditions/repetitive-strain-injury www.nhs.uk/conditions/carpal-tunnel-syndrome/Pages/Whatisitfinal.aspx Best thing for it would be to try and calm yourself down and do some simple exercises (clench and unclench works pretty well) to pump some blood. If you experience pain or other symptoms develop then it's probably worth taking a trip to a GP. Edit: I found this site you might want to check out: http://www.embarrassingproblems.com/problem/shaky-hands

Variety of things could cause that, physical, neurological or nutrition related. Could have RSI from sc2 leading to instability of hand movements though most likely its just anxiety related. EDIT: well since the RSI topic has come up, I have a mild form of RSI in my right wrist which bothers me on the computer and in the gym. This product helped me out alot, its just applying pressure to stabilize the tendons so they can heal faster and are under less stress. You can get a regular non velcro wrap or just use athletic tape which would be cheaper, only dowside is adjustment. I adjust mine for more or less pressure on the fly depending on my needs. Either works. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0006GDAUU/ref=pd_lpo_k2_dp_sr_1?pf_rd_p=486539851&pf_rd_s=lpo-top-stripe-1&pf_rd_t=201&pf_rd_i=B000WAR41Q&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_r=1ZE856NME3RXG8Y609FE Applying pressure works, along with isolated wrist exercise it helped me tremendously to get my RSI under control. After you get it under control you can phase it in and out depending on how you feel.
