Also winning a tournament in which you're the only good player isn't very impressive.
You can stop trying to make an argument for him just because he is from your country. While he is an awesome player and clearly the best player from Russia, he just isn't relative enough in the foreign SC2 scene.
Since when Korea is in Europe?
I'm not trying to make an argument, I want to say that you have no idea who he is and what he can do. You probably should watch his stream, he does that often. I voted for him not because he is just from my country, I voted for him because he is awesome and absolutely deserves it. I also listed HuK and Darkforce if you missed that, look at the page 73.
So if Brat_OK only had visa issues for entering Europe why did he not attend MLG or other non European LANs?
Also "because he is awesome and deserves it" really doesn't have any merit to it whatsoever. There isn't really any actual evidence to suggest that he is one of the top 4 foreign sc2 players.
1) BRAT_OK has at least the same level of skills as all other players on this list. Otherwise he won't be on the list, right? Right. 2) There is no nationality bias. BRAT_OK is great player, excellent first person streamer and has a lot of fans. Otherwise he won't be supported more than thousand of people, right? Damn right.
So please stop talking about nationality here. We are just supporting a skilled player, superb first person streamer. That's it.
He's dominating GSL. But doing so AFTER winning MLG (an event in which most of the top notch foreign sc2 players competed) and after qualifying for GSL through his preliminary matches, not automatically.

Yes, he's dominating. But list of his acomplishments before GSL is not very long. That's the point.
I dont like this situation with "national voting" (its not only about bratok fans, there are so many guys writing about Moonglade, Kiwikaki, Tyler, Huk, QXC, Fenix) Its a common... As i wrote some time ago, my opinion pretty much close to Jinro, as soon as he played enough with all this players.

After that, its harder but I think these 3 have all expressed interest; Xiaot - Best chinese player ATM I think. SjoW - I think he expressed interest in going in the past, and hes been beasting EU for the past months. Brat_OK - Just a total boss terran~~

but he wasn't given an AUTOMATIC QUALIFICATION. If Brat_OK wants he should go and qualify on his own because there are many other foreigners more deserving of an automatic qualification.

Yes there is nationality bias. People like you with only 5 posts on team liquid creating accounts just to vote for Brat_OK is extremely biased. And of course Brat_OK is going to be supported by thousands of RUSSIANS because he is the only good player from Russia.

This shouldn't be some popularity contest based on how amicable a player is. (Like iNcontrol -- yeah, he's a funny guy but the foreigner scene has far better players than him).
I'd suggest HuK, Select, possibly qxc, Naama, and Whitera. They're extremely skilled, have taken wins lately, and actually could make it to Code S.
