You really think a terran is going to lose because he couldn't defend a PF from 3 ultra where as its going to be the same even when they fix it? 1 Ultra on each side and BAM all the scv's will die even with the fix. It is supposed to do splash damage just 1 ultra isn't supposed to kill them all like that. Honestly if a terran loses his PF to Ultra and that costs him the game odds are the game was over anyway... (Hell zerg getting Ultra's in general isn't easy to do). | ||

Are you implying that a terran playing in the GSL will let his zerg oponent just march in Ultralisks inside his base? Attack his buildings? Or leave his expos undefended? What could possibly go different? Except maybe some wild ultralisk drops (which come extremely late) or the intended balance issue of letting Zerg be able to break a defenseless Terran Expo. I am really wondering about what this can bring to the table... | ||

This bug works agaisnt units too, if you have any thors in your army consider yourself fucked as the ultras will AoE your entire army. | ||

Of course ultras were powerful before, but this puts it over the top. I played a game tonight where my opponent had two siege tanks parked next to his PF and my three ultras killed them while hitting the PF. It was hilarious, for sure, but honestly its completely unfair. Yeah it's late game, it doesn't make it any more fair. I don't even get what you're trying to say. This is balanced to you?? You can't actually believe that. | ||

The Ultralisk has always behaved in this way against normal units. Removing the ram and giving the Ultralisk it's normal attack against buildings was the only change. Read: NOTHING IS A BUG. It wil be fixed, because Terrancraft must favour Terran otherwise 100,000's of people will cry. However, Blizzard didn't change, mechancally, how the Ultralisk ehaves. They just removed, the building only attack and allowed the Ultralisk to use it's cleave attack all the time. If Blizzard removed the Reaper's normal attack and allowed Reaper's to not have a normal attack - only the building attack - it's an issue, but it's not a bug. Clearly people need to learn the English language. | ||

Ofcourse im making fun of the fact that all terrans have been saying before is "micro your ultras vs repairing scvs" , as if scvs couldnt just move around and fuck up the ultra AI even more.On a serious note though, I think this might get fixed eventually. | ||

Sadly it takes a lot of time and by late game if your depending on a PF to hold an expansion and not your army your lost anyway xD. | ||

Maybe the siege tank nerf will make hydra more viable in ZvT though, we will have to see. I don't see them being more effective than Mutalisk/ling/baneling into ultra though, mainly because of how slow they are off-creep.
