It's still a show. I've been taking a "break" from the show because I've been figuring out my career, where I'm going to be moving and everyone has been incredibly busy. We will start back with regular shows in late August -- I don't have a date for you, sorry.
We are doing away with the current assets as well and they are being built from the ground up. Might be keeping the intro/outro song, might not -- depends on if I can secure rights for it. The deal we spoke about during our PAX show is still a thing its just taking a very long time to get everything sorted and filed away.
So, stick around, and soon enough we'll be back 110%. Until then, enjoy Inside the Game, Live on 3, The GD Studio, and all the other great content out there.
Thanks JP <3
Any chance you could add this to the OP so other fan's of the show can keep up-to-date?

Honestly, the assets are pretty unimportant. If you just randomly Skype called a couple of interesting people once a week and chatted about the most recent tournaments that'd be 90% as awesome and a lot less work. I wonder if aiming for 5 people and these slickly produced long shows is hurting things in the long run.

JP you better hurry up and bring back SOTG or someone else will!

Usually I just idle by and read what everyone else has to say. But today I was reading the posts on twitter and found JP linked this thread. So I wanted to comment on it.
I think SOTG is totally awesome. With all of the events going on and constant demand for different content and face time, I feel that SOTG is exactly what I personally atleast want to hear and see. Theres not other places you can sit down at night and just hear what these players are really thinking about and how they interact with each other. Theres nothing like seeing a GSL final when Dan is casting the game and then hear what he was actually thinking on stage / camera that he couldn't really say at GOM.
I think any content these players want to bring to us is nothing short of awesome. If you are watching the live stream or maybe even a podcast from the website and you're not having a good time then it's probably a good idea to just turn it off or maybe make suggestions on what you would like to see or know about, rather than logging on TL and saying how bad the show is or how boring it is. I feel like I'm speaking for more than just myself when I say that I'm really excited to see any new uploads or live streams from SOTG or from Incontrol, Tyler, Artosis, Idra, and JP. I feel like these people make esports more attractive especially to the SC2 communities.
Overall I just wanted to say thank you for all of your hard work guys! And thank you to the TL staff, members and players; you make all of these discussions possible!

I feel like JP should rally some sponsors to his name and form his own SC2 team. =)

100% Support JP. Can't wait for the gang to be back in the more relaxed '10 early '11 style where they share their opinions and have a good laugh, rather than feeling they have to work through a list of points, of which there are so many they can't put any time into because there's so much going on! More organic, more awesome!

I'm really excited for new episodes, the past ones were all amazing. Take your time!

Its okay. Take your time. The most vocal people are the ones who are rude and take things for granted. While the silent majority appreciates everything you guys do. I'm one of them. I've even said it before in this thread. You guys don't have to do the show but you do and some people need to understand that.

Amazing how I still feel tremendous sorrow every time SotG is canceled.

Looking forward to the next episode of sotg. Still the best of its kind!

take your time jp, no rush.

At least there's plenty to talk about when they come back, lol

Moving to a new city is exhausting. GL.

JP said he would have something for us after he moved. He just moved and finished unpacking yesterday. How do I know this? Because I follow him on twitter and he just got everything set up today. I think he is playing darksiders 2 and streaming to see how the internet is.
I guess you would whine about there being no SotG though. But really, you know why there isn't one this week.

Anyone knows if there is going to be a SOTG today?
