At first I thought the community was bad with drama and giving unnecessary flak to certain players, but to see it from these so called "representatives" of eSports is a little disappointing. JP invites Avilo on to show purely to create drama and not for any productive reasons to further the development of the game, which is what the show should be about, discussions about the state of the game. I'm not a fan of Avilo, but to verbally insult someone and then kick them off the show before they even finish their point is just rather disgusting to see. Avilo didn't even personally attack any of the show hosts but when QXC explains Avilo's arguments, everyone listens objectively. This just shows that they didn't even care about what Avilo even had to say, and all they wanted to do was create drama and look down on players who have legitimately dedicated their time to this game. "You're bad and what you say doesn't matter." And then JP tries to say he did it for the better of the show...? Why bother inviting someone if you already know what's going to happen. The very thing that these hosts advocate, which is how much shit the community shouldn't give to people to start drama, they're doing it themselves.

Can't believe what I just heard. Regardless of what Avilo was saying, these supposed 'pillars' of the community are classless. Who invites a guest on after berating him, then is rude to him, then boots him from the show with no warning. No shout-outs or 'goodbyes' either, like have been afforded other guests either. It felt like bullying, which is pathetic.
JP, part of your job as host is to moderate discussion. If your balance discussion strategy is to boot the person Idra is cursing at then you need to reevaluate. If anything, you needed to tell Idra to be respectful or shut-up.

Best SOTG in forever. The QXC/Idra "Great Debate" was great for you "mature adults," but the Avilo/Idra "Hang up on him, I'm not going to talk to him anymore" clusterfuck was hilarious the entire way through. Right up to where Avilo tried to twist Idra's point about letting the Zerg get too far in economy for his own side, and Idra shut him down in the form of JP hanging up.

Comparing Idra to Jinro is just retarded... Compared to Jinro Idra can actually be considered consistant, rofl. Jinro's last blaze of glory was start of 2011(unless Iforget something), while Idra's last blaze of glory was a really good run at Orlando, and winning IEM Guangzhou and ASUS ROG which was over half a year after Jinro had anything to boast of whatsoever(Again, unless I am forgetting somethingabout Jinro)
