xD was unbanned a bit later, so it's not that bad.
Also I think a lot of casters need to stop complaining why no one is watching their tournaments (CSN) and focus more on making people aware of them.

I have some of these moments too, especially when people are talking about games but can't remember the players or something. I wish I could just hop on the cast and be like "oh that was MVP vs. Zenio, game 3 on Lost temple during GSL open season 2" xD

I just wish there were less scrubs in the chat who constantly trash talk... but then again it's a stream chat like any other for a large viewership. Without realizing, I've been tabbing out of the podcast whenever she starts talking, which I think is the point where having a personality on the show goes from not affecting much to actually hurting it. Yeah, she's just another opinion without that interesting of a personality behind it. You can sorta say the same of JP too though. He has his golden moments however (tyler intervention lol), and it wouldn't feel right without him; he pretty much is sotg. Her name is in the description though, and she's been on every SOTG since her first appearance (as far as I can remember).

The important thing is that his casting partner would totally ignore most of his jokes and it was super super awkward, which is why people started to get upset. The actual jokes were not that bad.

As for Leah, whenever she comes on I'm reminded of a user question from a couple months back, when some dude asked if it would be beneficial to the show to have a less experienced user on to provide that perspective. They answered no cause they either would be wrong or would be unable to contribute anything, and that's kind of what Leah is. Having her on there was good for like one week to provide her perspective from the G4 side and cause that week had alot of girl gamer things going on (or JP made the episode about girl gamer things), but the past couple times she's either given really bland or populist answers/spat out popular TL forum opinions or kept kind of quiet. I'm guessing that last week was another guest thing and this week was a Day9 fillin but honestly I'd prefer another pro...having casts where it's 2/3 pros (Day9/artosis/tyler), and 2 less knowledgable people (Leah/JP) is really bland, because Leah/JP can't really get involved in balance discussions. For tournament play, Leah can't add much either cause she's not a tourney organizer from what I know- she just covers Esports for G4- so she literally just provides a spectator perspective that none of us need cause we're all spectators and so have experienced the exact same things she has.

Without realizing, I've been tabbing out of the podcast whenever she starts talking, which I think is the point where having a personality on the show goes from not affecting much to actually hurting it. I honestly mean this as constructive criticism, but does anyone actually read your posts? I honestly just skip over them in the threads because they're never really interesting. I just close threads when I get to your posts. I think that's when a poster starts to hurt a forum, you know? That's not constructive what I just did, and neither is what you did. Constructive Criticism is there to help build something up. It's not a damn attack on a cast member of a podcast. It's more like "She's good for the one off blogging/outside perspective parts, but she's bad for any kind of balance discussion or anything like that, which forms a large part of the broadcast. A good way to change that would be to only ask her questions about stuff G4 would be interested in, or maybe just not ask her balance questions, or maybe...." Constructive criticism is when you start out with something good, then hit the part that you think is bad, then give a way to fix it. It's so that the person knows something that they did right, then what they did wrong and how they can change it. "I honestly mean this as a constructive criticism" is not free license to just start shitting on stuff like most of the forum in LR is starting to do these days. "He's great, but" "I mean no offense," and other qualifying statements like that aren't either. If you meant no offense, you wouldn't say what you're about to say. If he really was great, you wouldn't be saying that. If you really meant it as constructive criticism, it wouldn't be shitting on a cast member without a way to help out the issue. Sorry, this is more rant than anything I'm sure. But it's a pet peeve of mine that's been stomped on by the forums for too long. Qualifying statements are some kind of empty shield that people think can let them say whatever they want. They're not. And constructive criticism isn't just criticizing something while saying it's constructive. You actually have to tell them how to fix it or do as I said, give them something good/then the bad/then the fix.
