I applaud Blizzard for the most meaningful patch this Beta has seen so far. Every change in the right direction, and the Z changes will make the race better, no doubt. Can't wait to see this go live!

This patch sucks bring back patch 11 and start over from there and ffs stop trying to make the ultra usable and just take it out and start over with something new.

Even with reading all these ultralisk changes I still can't see myself choosing them over Broodlords. What does an ultralisk do that a broodlord cannot? Broodlords own marauders and siege tanks even better than ultralisks so again why would I get them over broodlords?

Hah massive units walking over FFs I totally called this one! (well, for ultras I did). More terran upgrade cheapened, I like. They even touched Void Rays, didn't expect that.

The one thing that is baffling are the new spells on the overseer. I mean, holy crap on such a fast flying unit! A bunch of them can fly into your base, disable some of your buildings, rinse and repeat? Very curious how that will turn out..

I am pretty sure he was refering to the 600hp to 450hp change, ie 25%...

yeah T mech is really strong, like T mech in sc1, i think this problems will be fixed with "balanced" maps. actually the maps are really small or at least the "fight areas" are small and force the Z to suicide his army into the Mechball (caused by bad positiong, but this is cause by the maps).

Nydus and drops are underused btw, the zergs i play are still used to this "1a" hydra/roach and just reproduce with the same units.

This patch smells like warcraft 3 ... Frenzy spell ... so I guess Zerg is the new undead in space ...I'm sad ;(

I play Terran and think the Roach nerf was unwarranted.

Blizzard should probably increase the Roach's initial armor back to 2 and bring back their high regeneration ability in the un-burrowed state.

Ultras will not get to the enemy 25% sooner and not deal 10 more damage to marauders when they don't reach them.

The problem against T wasn't walking over forcefields, it was dying before getting close.

Against P this is good.

I still don't see a single one being built...

Zergling all in is now more powerfull again against protoss.
Before the patch a zergling all in pretty much ended when the first collossus came out.
But now with the new Overseer ability you can delay the collossus to give your lings more time...
