I guess the joke is that he has "Turret syndrome" because he can spawn turrets.

I think this is a quote from The Little Prince, by Exupery.
In the later part of the book, the little prince meets a whole garden of roses after spending so much effort to please his own rose; he relizes his is not unique. After some pondering though, he says
