If that picture is up to date, all we get for indication is the tiny blue flame? I'm not worried just about the person getting stormed, but the player who is storming. That doesn't seem to be a very good indicator.
How exactly do we know what the radius is from this angle? Is it when the air unit flies over the visual effect of the storm, or when a unit's shadow is over the storm?
Another question I have is what happens if it is stormed over a cliff? Does the storm 'fold' over the cliff or just float over the cliff?
I can't seem to land my finger on what I think is odd or out of place, and since the psi storm seems to "stick" to the ground, the only visual feature I could see adding would be something to the effect of lightning bolts simply to say this is a psi storm, because in SC1, they were really hard to miss, and it seems in SC2 they do their damage double as fast.
EDIT: Ya, I mean the flame on the BC to clear up any confusion
