don't even bother no one gets his name right unless your German^^
@day[9] any chance in seeing some 2v2 maybe even 3v3 analysis? since I play them quiet a bit with friends would be nice seeing some analysis on that. except just going and fucking killing them
If he wants innovative play i think im pretty toast lol, I just played a ZvT where my enemy tried to be innovative and proxy and stuff. Meanwhile I take down his backdoor and simply "Fucking kill him" with Lings
Day9, can you do more casts from a player's perspective, only viewing that player's vision? I'd like to see more comments about what to do given the actual information that player has at the moment.

Thanks.
I really like this suggestion and would love to see it implemented if only occasionally.
Day9, I noticed that your daily today was about trying to figure out ZvT. Today's CraftCup had a ZvZ final match, Rigid vs. MoMaN. Rigid is a monster and can usually beat terrans, he had to beat one every round to make it to the finals, so it might be worth looking into those replays as well as Dimagas.
I think that we need to change up this funday monday plan a little, and I'd like to see if other people agree. In my opinion, a lot of interesting strategies for Zerg would involve heavy use of creep tumors and transfusion. I'd rather see the restriction be that you may not spawn larva with queens, but having them for your army or to spread creep would still be allowed.
I'm interested in zerg play where super early queens are not a focus, but I still feel that eventually you do need pretty good creep spread to be an effective Zerg, and I don't know that overlord poop is enough, but I suppose it may be. I also think that transfusion is a very underutilized ability, and it would be interesting to see strategies that involve queens in the army rather than as larva producing facilities.
I think it could be interesting to try a hydra heavy force with very aggressive creep spread just to hit people with things that they're not used to dealing with.
I understand if people disagree though. Arbitrary restrictions are arbitrary after all, I just feel that you might get some more interesting play only disallowing the common use of the queen rather than the entire unit.
I'm a little bit confused about why day[9] and the zerg player we watched today has so much trouble vs that fast banshee. Assuming you scout properly, can't you just get an evo chamber + spore colony on your mineral line?
It seems like a good investment when the alternative is you may lose a queen and a whole bunch of drones.
Maybe someone here can explain it to me, because it seems kind of like a no-brainer to me.

Banshees have ridiculous range so it's impossible to cover every angle with a single spore crawlers. As day9 said you would have to basically cover your base with them to stop a banshee harass.
