Yes, it's an accusation. It was a stupid thing to say. No it wasn't accusation. "What do you expect" part is referring to the refereeing of the game. "You can look at a lot of other decisions in the game. You give a referee that has, you know, matchfixed before, the biggest game in Germany. What do you expect?"
In that context, with that setup, what COULD you possibly expect? What else could he possibly be trying to get at other than that Zwayer was consciously and actively deciding pro Bayern? What is he trying to say that requires him to bring up the matchfixing as a supportive argument? That Zwayer is just a generally shitty and or questionable referee? Don't need to go back 16 years to support that one.

a German football lawyer said on kicker that it was not phrased like an accusation just like a dumb statement

Yeah well his team shouldn't be sending him out to talk if he can't control his frustration. It was a stupid thing to say, but not an accusation of match fixing imo.

And that he shouldnt've been refereeing that game.

How can a team be so bad compared to everyone else?
Very nice and friendly neighbourhood team who just stumbled into Bundesliga by accident. But I love seeing them there instead of Schalke and Hamburg

Agreed. That penalty should not have been given and may as well decide who gets the marbles at the end. I can understand why Dortmund is pissed
EDIT: Wasn't there a moment in the first half with a freekick for Dortmund where Haaland was chokeheld by a defender in the box? That should have been a penalty as well

Penalty against Hummels is somewhat harsh because both Müller and even more importantly Bellingham were in his way. But he goes forward with his elbow and hits the ball with it. I don't think the referee actually has much leeway there if the VAR prompts him to do an on-field review.
And no, even if this penalty is harsh, they shouldn't be pissed at the referee. Look at the other craptacularly stupid goals they conceded. It's entirely their own fault they lost. They're just looking for excuses and people are going with it.

This is creating clicks and hating on refs/bayern has been the en vogue thing to do since I can remember. I mean yeah, Dortmund did not have a lot of luck with referee decisions this year. Especially in the CL. But the way they behaved after many games this season is just terrible sportsmanship. Maybe, just maybe this squad does not have the mentality which is needed to win anything important. Except for haaland.

I do think we win today, but I'm still very concerned about our lack of creativity and pressure

Xhaka, Thomas, Saka, and Lacazette starting, we win by at least 2

And richarlison succeeds at the third attempt. Imagine him being offside again.

Forest have drawn Arsenal in the FA cup. To be honest I was a bit worried we were going to draw one of the big teams again. Phew.

So shortly after the season started I said both Arteta and Solskjaer are not the right people for their respective jobs. I did not judge that by results only, I did it taking into account how long both been at the club, the resources they got and what they achieved on the pitch during that time.
Solskjaer is sacked now, Arteta is following him soon I hope.

If only we had Arsenal away instead of at home we could have had the chance to show off our new 3rd kit, truly a step forward in football shirt design:

I have to disagree. Yes their defense made many mistakes. Still the whole game the ref made crucial decision pro Bayern. Why didn't he rewatch that Haaland - Lewa situation? Why didn't he rewatch the Reus situation? Why DID he rewatch the Hummels penalty and immediately decided for penalty? And this from a ref where nobody has trust in anyway? This was either a piss poor performance or has some shady background. Either way, Zwayer should not be a Bundesliga ref

The rules that applied for one penalty should apply for other penalty-worthy situations as well, this was a bit biased by Zwayer. IMO he did a poor job but not because he is corrupt, but because he is a shitty ref. Such mistakes could have happened to other refs too.

Either way, Zwayer should not be a Bundesliga ref Because one of those decisions (not giving the pen for the handball) was an obvious error (klare Fehlentscheidung) according to the rules (Hummels moves towards the ball with his hand in front of his body thereby enlargening his frame and also clears it this way - this is always a pen regardless of his actual intent) while the others were not. That is the way VAR usually works. Quite simple actually.
I bet not a single soul in Dortmund would have complained over zwayer being the ref due to his history had he decided slightly differently. This argument is really stupid to make after the fact.
