Any thoughts on Ben White transfer? Is he going to be the base block for Arsenal defence for the next 10 years?
I've got no clue, I barely recognized the name before this transfer window.
|
Where's Ajax as option for CL winner??

Made me laugh harder than it should have but yeah nah, Ajax had one magical run, doesn't earn them a spot on that list I'm afraid.
Also, where's the Serie A poll? It's gonna be a really interesting season in Italy.

I've got no clue, I barely recognized the name before this transfer window. He is good prospect, very good ball playing centre back, did well for Leeds in the championship when they won the league and got promoted. Leeds then wanted to buy him but Brighton said no as he was their player and he played in a back 3 for them last year very well in the premier league. He is tall, strong and good ball playing so he should do what Arsenal need and probs their best defensive signing in a long time.

They'll be lucky to make the round of 16? Not sure if serious, but the times of de Jong and de Ligt are long gone. This team wouldn't come close even in their wildest dreams.

Bundesliga: Bayern Serie A: Juventus (good ole max being back at the steering wheel should make a world of difference for a lot of those players and paratici gone will make things a lot less stressfull behind the scenes.) EPL: City La Liga: no idea, but I do know it'd be refreshing to see a team outside of the 3 favs (barca real atletico) to knock on that door, Sevilla for example
CL is a wild one to predict, I don't expect PSG to win it though, it's been proven time and time again throwing an absurd amount of money at transfers is no guarantee for succes, now they do have Donnarumma in goal which is a massive upgrade (imo) but then again, Navas was an animal last CL and they still couldn't hack it. Maybe if they're all fit for the entire duration (Mbappé and Neymar especially) but yeah, I don't see them as favorites over some of the other teams.
