I think its more likely this is a) a distraction b) he would get more money after the cup final this weekend c) kane/son said its them or him he was on his way out anyway because quite frankly he has become a ridiculous fraud, none of the skills/success left but all of the drama well tottenham isnt going to put out an announcement saying mourinho resigned now are they? the only reason he could be sacked is either daniel levy is delusional enough to think that he actually owns a "big club" and tottenham is deserving of a champions league spot every season (which they arent), or mou had a falling out with levy about this and levy just said fuck it. any other falling out between players or levy wouldnt have led to a sacking at this moment specifically imo. they still have things to play for and it would be worth it to leave him until the competitions are done

Now to implement the 50+1 model across European football and the billionaires can go fuck themselves. On April 19 2021 19:29 sneirac wrote: Apparently Barca and Real socios need to sign off on this? I don't want MU to be punished because that'll hit the players and team the most. They need to somehow target the owners instead.

Will be interesting to see if UEFA would still go through with it. It's hugely unpopular among the people that they now need to very actively fight the ESL if they (UEFA) are to retain their position. I wonder if the Super League announcement was so timed, given it occurred the night before to put UEFA in such a bind without much time to respond. Go forth with publicised proposals you only really crafted to appease these clubs into not breaking away, that were unpopular anyway or pull away from that plan you’ve spent time and got negative press for, without much time to consult?

In the UK alone, the clubs are beholden to: Local Councils, who give them permission to use their locality in their name The Premier League, who can kick them due to the rule about not signing up for other competitions without permission The government, who grant work permits for players to play games in the country based on the fact that they play in a recognized league UEFA FIFA

It's such a shit show. The very first punishment should be that the EPL and other leagues void all contracts that they were party to to do with these clubs. I have no idea how it works/would work in reality, but the players should be given the option to opt out. That way, if they choose to still betray football, they can take the consequences.

Players signed a contract with the Club not UEFA. The court cases are going to be filed all over the world representing:
