They know they can't keep Harden he wants to go to Brooklyn or Philly. Wonder where Russ ends up.

The bucks are gonna be a completely different team this upcoming season With no flexibility hard to imagine what Morey can do to improve the sixers, but he wokred his magic repeatedly in Houston so who knows

no contenders care for draft picks anymore, every trade is like 3+ draft picks attached lol. harden's eventual trade probably will have like 5+ picks attached. sucks that harden/westbrook isnt just stuck in houston and would lose in the 1st round for the next few years

Houston is publicly saying they are trying to persuade Harden to come back. Covington trade is a rebuild move, though. On November 18 2020 01:20 Vindicare605 wrote: The Bucks are so screwed if they don't do well this season and Giannis leaves. As of right now they only have 7 players on their roster and they have no more cap space to work with. They are screwed regardless if Giannis leaves. Without him, current team is good enough to win games in the regular season and languish in that dreaded 7-8 spot where you don't get far in the playoffs but have no lottery picks. Lakers just proved you can get veterans on the cheap instead of filling your roster with above average but not great players.

i think he flat out can't afford to keep the Rocket's payroll top 5 in the league. this political BS is a great smokescreen though. The Nets are a disaster waiting to happen. Durant played 42,43,45,49, and 42 minutes in the games leading up to his ankle injury. If he tries that again he'll just get hurt again. People lose strength and tissue after an achilles tendon rupture. Kobe played a bunch of 42+ minute games before rupturing his achilles. When he came back he played about 100 games at 31 minutes per game. https://lermagazine.com/article/return-of-strength-after-achilles-tendon-surgery Calf size and peak plantar flexion torque is mildly decreased even after a successful repair and restoration of the normal musculotendinous length. Aggressive and accelerated rehabilitation supports a quicker and more robust return of plantar flexion strength after operative or nonoperative treatment. Calf size is on average about 5% smaller in the involved extremity than the uninvolved extremity even after successful treatment. An altered gait that results in high impact at heel strike and diminished push-off may be the cause of decreased plantar flexion strength after Achilles rupture treatment with normal dorsiflexion ROM. Care must be taken during rehabilitation to avoid over-lengthening of the Achilles muscle-tendon unit. Functional rehabilitation can be beneficial after complete tendon healing and allow a more normal daily activity and sports participation. Durant might return to 95% of what he was two years ago. He'll be able to do that for 30 minutes a game.. not 42. It'll be interesting to see if he starts pointing fingers at the medical staff if he re-injures that ankle while trying to return to his pre-injury workload. Ok, after Durant then we have Kyrie Irving. Irving has had so many injuries over the years he'll occasionally need a cortisone shot. Problem is.. Kyrie "doesn't believe in" cortisone shots. ![]() It is going to be fun watching all the finger pointing between the Nets players this year.

He'll be fine. Whether or not he wants to keep up the Rockets payroll.. is another matter. If he makes the exodus of players from Houston look like it is some other issue other than money he can keep the trade value of his best assets high.

Also, Morey ACTUALLY managed to dump that atrocious Horford contract. That's actually amazing. Amazing for Presti too because the Thunder own like 12 picks at this point.
