Yah, found out from that Zach Lowe article that they give up a lot of 3s too, I think it was even ahead of Milwaukee when that article was written. I guess it does sound like a sound strategy. Nobody has the number of good 3 point shooters as the old Golden State team and even that team was suffering from a lack of depth late in their run. They were pretty much down to Steph and Klay. With that said, a very depleted Warriors team was a Klay injury from taking their series to game 7 last year. There are a few teams like the Rockets now who are taking more 3s than peak Warriors but they are more about volume than accuracy. Maybe the Bucks and Raptors figure their offense can outscore the worst 3 point shooters of the other team on most nights. Not a bad gamble really. | ||

Lowry's consistent recklessness is a methodology ... its a strat. When Lowry plays a team with more talent he hacks and slashes and mucks it up with the Raptors following his lead ... it turns into a clusterfuck that any one can win. Golden State had more "talent". Toronto won. meh. i'll be shocked if Lowry makes it thru the 2020 playoff run without either hurting himself or at least one other player. If you got a problem with that... at least you know Lowry's room #. its 836. | ||
