Is there a certain point threshold where they are pretty much automatically crowned champions or does it depend on the number of games opponents have left to make up the games? I think I'm starting to relax around 97 points or so. ![]() (Leicester can get to 96 by winning the rest of the games, I think)

Also: with 19-1-0 Liverpool are now tied with ManCity 17/18 for most points after 20 matchdays. They will surpass that if they win the next game, as City drew their 21st.

Especially with how strong the league actually looks overall - PL teams are doing well in Europe, but besides Liverpool, they're all dropping games left and right.. Yeah I back that point. I keep making it myself. I guess Southampton have got a few wins and moved out of trouble some what but no team looks bad this season in the Premier League. Norwich are bottom right now and let's not forget how many positive things have been said about Teemu Pukki and the team and how the stomped on Man City earlier this year. Maybe Newcastle, Villa, Watford are the weakest teams. Maybe even Bournemouth right now with their injury problems. But all have played great football at some point this season. So there are no easy games. I'm sure Liverpool will lose at some point and yes the league is so over. But what they are doing is incredible this doesn't happen in England.

Some of it is definitely luck, but it's so consistent that there has to be a lot of good stuff happening on the background too.

. Also the injuries have never been to the same key players at the same time. Allison went out injured and that is where their "fortunate" late goal wins were coming from and conceding goals spell etc, however Matip and Ox injuries are not they bad due to Gomez came back when Matip went injured and now Lovren is injured too so they are 1 away from disaster but still they should be fine. Mane Salah and Firminho not injured yet this season, Fabinho injury has been bad for them but they have managed it well. I will always say its luck because its scouse :D

The only game we have ever played under VAR and i gotta say I'm not a fan. Was a shit game from a Forest perspective though.
