It's interesting to see him in this situation. I wonder if and how he'll be able to achieve something in City. He seems so burnt out and it's only been a few months... + his interview about retiring soon :o Compared to Barça and Bayern, the pressure inside the club at Manchester must be much much lower. He's stressed about what? Critics about his playstyle not working (yet) in England?

It's probably more like his usually recipe of success is not working at City and he doesn't know why.

1. People are questioning him in England 2. His style of play is hard to force onto his players / english game 3. Press are all over him due to the money he spent and what they are at the moment English press are ruthless remember :D in Bayern/Barca the press never really on his back, maybe in Germany he had a few questions but he probably didn't mind due to winning the league comfortably. Now he is what 3rd place being dragged into top 4 battle rather than a title one. Maybe he also not liking Manchester as much ![]()

He is just not good in handling the media.

He for example banned all kinds of mobile gadgeds from the players in the training center. It feels like he's very eager to create a more connected atmosphere inside the organization.

He has also Gabriel Jesus coming who is supposedly the next Neymar. Uhh no he hasnt. Im not sure what interview, press conference or article you saw this but it is profoundly incorrect. He has not once complained about his squad and repeatedly said that he will have to work to adapt to the qualities of his players. Unless this changed in the last 10 days or so. Not having his actual players available is another issue. I havent seen the holiday season post game stuff but he has been pretty open in the period prior to this in all of his press conferences. Naturally things may have changed recently. But that still doesnt justify the thought that "he keeps complaining" http://www.football.co.uk/manchester-city/pep-guardiola-happy-with-man-city-squad-but-not-ruling-out-j/8167719/#UdOygOSKEWwimjkt.97 Doesnt look like complaining to me. Hes not stupid, he knows he spent plenty of money in the summer, it would be asinine to complain about the squad. Even Mou has at best hinted stuff about his players, maybe. He hasnt complained either. These guys got to sign who they wanted they wont go around whining. That having been said there is a reason Pep is the anti Mou, if something is going wrong when they are losing, unless there is something else is overwhelmingly (in his mind) an issue, he will always make it his own fault. Perhaps thats why he gets terse once in a while because he holds it in in all the time. Mou on the other hand blames everything else. So there is always a constant release. Either way works it doesnt really matter at the end of the day. Regarding the title race. Imo if Chelsea manage maybe like 12 points out of the next 4-5 weeks its pretty much GG. I dont see them dropping much after that.

As usual reading comprehension is devoid of understanding nuance and again as usual outliers are your criteria for overwhelming evidence to the contrary when it suits you. He goes nutso frequently, but the blame game is generally not his style. I guess you either didnt read or understand the caveat so I highlighted it for you. Try again. Nothing is black and white in life Sharkie as much as you and your one liners would like it to be. Maybe if you took the time to organize your thoughts you could be taken more seriously. Also iirc they won the Burnley game. Being mad after you win can be a tad different contextually to being mad when you lose.

Yes I can see clearly from that where Pep "keeps complaining" about his squad.

There have been critics of his playstyle since he was at Barca. At Bayern it popped up every time he lost in the CL. We've seen critics of it multiple times in this thread as well.
